Appreciated his professionalism. Our wonderful salesman Danny Camarillo personally walked me over to set up appt. to add side boards for our new pre owned Tundra. Noe took the part paperwork & set me up for next day. I brought it in early,but busy day before Christmas holiday. I was put me in wrong line, but Noe saw me came over, told his mgr. & handled everything. I got a shuttle home. Noe told me 2-3 hrs& got the call 2 hrs. My Dad brought me in & drove truck home for a very Merry Christmas/Feliz Navidad! Happy 2018! Thanks/gracias Noe for being prompt, thorough & friendly! Much appreciated

The window master switch in my son’s 1994 Camry is replaced, the outside door handle is replaced, the dome light is replaced, and the window regulator assembly is replaced, and the door latch is adjusted to work as well as possible. Ryan as usual was extremely helpful as was his team member.

Everyone as usual was very hospitable. Andrew was clear about when the car was going to be ready. He also let me know that it was running late. It just seemed like the systems for processing the billing and receiving the car were in disarray. Perhaps it is because of a heavier than usual workload because of the holidays? It seemed like there were other customers who had similar issues (5:30pm)
