Service was great. Took an hour to get paperwork done when Bishop said 10-15 minutes. Not his fault at all, but this shouldn’t have taken an hour. Thank you for the lovely waiting room - especially Starbucks!

Danny was awesome. He kept me updated and was very helpful. My only complaint is that once i was told my car was ready it took about 30 minutes to get it. I was told they were waiting for paperwork. The process for getting cars back to customers after service has been completed needs to be sped up. I had the same issue last time.

My only feedback is to give the client a heads up if something is causing the service to take longer than expected, like my alignment causing an extra hour because there was a hiccup. I was frustrated about not knowing why it was taking so much longer than expected, but just assumed something happened, but it would have been nice to know so I could be informed about my vehicle.
