I ask him to order my right passenger mirror for my car and he never did! When ask what was wrong with my car he was clueless! He said he will have the part ordered in person and when I went to pick it up nothing was ordered and they told me it take a few day to order it! I waited my Time with him! And I’m not happy with the service offered!

Yo quiero informarles que no queded satisfecha con el servicio o la information que me dios El senor que me atendio yo see que no tenia cita pero El me digo que para las 4:30pm mi carro estaria listo pero no fue asi tambien me digo que solo pagaria 39.99 tampoco fue verda tube que pagar 42.50 en ves de ir megorando estan poniendose peor pero esta no es la primera ves que me pass son varias veses pero no an echo nada porque sigue susediendo epero que asi como cobran areglen esos casos para seguie siendo su cliente tambien esos esos senores que dicen ser manigadores o supervisores que tengan mas entrenamiento para que resuelvan Los problems hay mismo

Awful rep. First he claimed he would match the price I was offered for service at a different toyota center and then he raised it! He didn’t keep his word which made me lose trust in him. Since he is an employee at Longo, he represents the toyota center and his actions make me question the ethics of the place. I am deeply disappointed and I don’t think I will visit this center again.
