I had an appointment for 12:30, arrived at 12:21, and was promised my car to be finished by 2:00. At 2:02 Jason Tsui called me and said I needed a new tire as they were unable to patch it. I already knew that. So I told him to go ahead at put the new tire on. I mentioned that I needed to get back to work so he told me that would finish as soon as possible stating if I needed anything to call him. After another hour went by, I phoned him and got his voice mail that he was either on the phone or out to lunch. I went to the conceirge and asked to speak to someone and the person who originally greeted me when I drove in came out. I introduced myself stating that I had bought 6 cars from Longo the first being in 1983. He said his name was Rob. I told him my concerns and he left to check on my car. I then heard my name called on the loud speaker to repot to the Cashier. Rob came back a few minutes later and told me my car was ready and said he was sorry for the delay. I have been having regular service at longo since I have purchased my last 3 cars (all Camrys) at Longo. As of today, I might purchase another car there, but will NOT have my service done there and have to wait almost 3 hours to have a tire put on when I was told I would be out of there in one and a half hours after making an appointment. I waited 5 total hours and was only quoted for 4. I tried calling my representative twice to check the status of my vehicle and he was not available. He did not call me to give a service update until after my estimated finish time. When asked why he wasn’t available he responded that he was at lunch and did not even apologize for my delayed finish time. And all of this was with an appointment. I am really thinking twice about whether or not I will return to Longo after being a loyal customer for almost 10 years.

Professional like always, I have been coming to Longo for 20 plus year I have always happen to have outstanding service advisor see them move through the ranks to manger. Hopefully some day Alex Ayala can achieve those golds if he so desire for he have all the necessary tools. Great job see you soon
