I did not know the waiting room has been up graded. The room is very quiet and clean.

Juan was great, But the rest of the overall service was lacking. When I went to the cashier, she was not really friendly at all and did not offer me water like the other cashiers were offering everyone else. Also, the car wash was really bad. Bad to the point I had to reach my car when I got home. When I asked the person giving me my car if you guys no longer offer wages, he grumbled itd been washed already and walked away. I work in customer service and other than Juan being super friendly, everyone else I encountered had unfriendly attitudes. On a side note, Toyota of pasadena offers complimentary donuts and coffee. Longo offers subway and Starbucks, But it's not free. Free is nicer. Overall, I was really turned off by the customer service except for Juan who was great.
