I was not satisfied because:
1. Promise time of completion at 2:00pm on 1/6/18 was not achieved. My van was in the dealer at 8:30am, 1/5/18. Talked to Martin at 8:00am and was informed that brake actuator is available.
2. Later received call from Martin that next promise is 4:10pm. Checked with cashier at 4:10 and was advise that it will be 5:10pm and Martin is off from work. Expecting to receive update from him before he left what is the reason why it is taking so long and who will handle my van when he left. I will appreciate if customers are being given accurate update on the status of the job. This is the first time I experience this unsatisfied service. I would suggest that service advisors provide constant update by phone, email or text to achieve total customer satisfaction. Martin tried to give a good service but it could have been better or the best if he will communicate or provide update.
