Good guy. Works hard to explain everything.
However, I want to bring up one thing. I’m getting the PowerPoint lift gate repaired on the GZ4 extended warranty and when I called for an appointment I thought the repair would take place that day. I was disappointed to hear it will be several weeks before parts come in and repair will take days. That wasn’t explained by the person on the phone. I didn’t get their name.
HOWEVER Noli explained it all right away and how the vehicle needed to be inspected / seen before ordering the parts. Ok, that makes sense. It is a big job.
I also needed a smog check and he looked up the vehicles vin to conform not a STAR station needed.
So,I’d say he very thorough and works to keep the customer happy.
Also make his computer work faster. It was bogging down big time.
