It took way too long to get my car back. I brought it in at 11:30. The first ETA was 4 pm. No one called to tell me the status so I went to check out. I was informed that it would be 5 pm. It was almost 6 pm before I got my car back.
This isn’t the first time this has happened. I can’t keep allowing this to happen. I have to take my business to another dealer.
