I was told my car should be done around 12 noon. It was 3:30pm and I finally called Longo to check status. Martin should have called to let me know status before I called only to be told that someone would call me back. I dropped my car off the day before my morning service appt so I don’t know why it wasn’t ready until after 4:30pm.
