i'm not completely satisfied since i'm STILL waiting for someone to contact me regarding the repair my rav4 is supposed to get for excessive oil consumption due to a toyota design flaw. my vehicle failed the oil consumption test in sept. 2016 and at that time, i was told it would be 6 to 8 months before it was repaired. when that didn't happen, i asked about it again and was told it would probably be a year. that didn't happen either, and on this most recent visit on 2/10/18, i asked martin torres when it would be repaired, since it was now well over a year since it had failed the test. he checked on it and later that day after my rav4 service had been completed, he told me a manager would be calling me the following week regarding the repair. well, no one called me. i called martin torres on 2/16/18 to inform him that no one had called, but i got voice mail. i left a message but i have not recieved a callback. meanwhile, i'm checking the oil every week and sometimes i have to add oil every week because it's burning it up. that means having to buy several quarts of oil every month to make sure my rav4 has enough of it. when is this going to be resolved??
