I called ahead of my service appointment prior to my appointment to make sure they have the parts they needed to complete the repair. They gave me a number to give to the service rep when I got to the dealership to have the repair done. When I gave the advisor that number, she had no idea what I was talking about. And even had no idea what that number was, so they didn’t have the part. So I had to go another week without having my car repaired properly. Aside from this one, incident, I have been completely satisfied Longo Toyota, and will continue to have my car serviced there. But please make sure all your apartments communicate with each other
