Jesus and Annisa were excellent. I do want to report that I came in to have a flat tire replaced. When I was leaving Longo…..my air pressure gauge on my dashboard said the replaced tire had a pressure of 41 and the other tires were at 32. I drove back and Annisa took care of it immediately but I believe the mechanics should probably have made sure the tire presssures were Uniform the first time. Still love Longo and again Annisa fixed it immediately

Issues I have were never addressed properly. The Service Advisor blamed a malfunction on my day due to a window tint, which is absurd. A panel on the sliding door was left untucked by the technician. I expected a very high level of service, but it seems like they do not know what they are looking at. Absolutely dissatisfied!
