Johan is very professional, and has very good service skills. He knows my vehicles needs. When it's time to make a service appointment, I make it a point to request for him. He gets things done.

My car shakes when I’m at a stop sign. I paid for a maintenance package and all that was done was rotate my tires and check fluids. No oil change. Did anyone even sit and start the engine to see how it was shaking? This is the first time I have not been completely satisfied. Not good.
