I had a 7:00 AM appointment for a 10k service. I arrived at 6:30 AM. I was literally the first person in line. I expressed that I needed the service completed by 8:00 AM. He told me it would be more like 8:30 or 9:00. I told him that doesn’t work for me. He then printed the work order and asked me to sign it. I looked at it and saw the promised time as 10:00 AM. I said no that does not work for me. I crossed that out and wrote 8:00. He told me it said 10:00 because that’s the time the system puts in, as if changing it were impossible which I know isn’t correct. He then raised his voice at me and said he would have to ask his manager if he could “expedite it”. Expedite? Is asking to have a basic service completed in an hour unreasonable? I know it wasn’t when Mark Seidel was Service Director.
