The "best detail" missed several terrorist areas and got spot marks on the front passenger seat. Also, there were some exterior areas that were missed. It is a very expensive detail and the results were somewhat unimpressive relative to other much less expensive details the car has had.
On a positive note, I am pleased with the overall professionalism of the service advisor staff. I do feel like they try hard to ensure customer satisfaction.
