Well, I was a walk in for a 10k service and dropped my vehicle off around 12. I was verbally told it would be ready at 1700. I arrived back at the dealer around 1615 and asked about the status of my vehicle, and was told it was in work. At 1715 I asked again about the status and was then told it hadn't been worked on yet. At that point I needed to leave and canceled my service since it hadn't even been started.
