Albert at 3:35 told me he’d just wait for paperwork. I edited at lounge but didn’t receive any call. I waited Then I’d followed up w Alec 5:11 pmThat’s when I had known the car was ready. How come nobody called & you’d wait for customer to follow up.?then about to go receptionist asking for my paperwork I didn’t have any but just the estimate I showed to Alec. It was brought back to him he should have given to me back. My time was wasted I had an elderly mother watitedbfor her food. please retrain your service personnel as one minor mistake dissatisfiies a customer. Toyota Care thought after sales program should likewise be same value as actual sales. I’d try other dealership next time near Alhambra for next service. Thank you.

Daniel had the day off so I was serviced by Monte Cervantes, JJ, and Carlos Guiterrez. Monte was very friendly and made the appointment go smoothly. JJ followed up in the afternoon about the tire sensor labor fee and whether I agree to add this repair in addition to the services already agreed and was not pushy. Carlos called upon the completion of the services performed and explained what was performed and discounts provided.
I ran an errand and noticed that my tire pressure sensor went off shortly after service and returned to speak with Monte. Monte stayed an hour later than his scheduled shift to follow up with the technician about the issue and kept me updated. When Monte did leave for real he notified that his partner, Carlos, will keep up the loop. Carlos delivered. He made sure the technicians resolved the issue without a second charge and called me back promptly when the problem was fixed. Both Monte, Carlos and the valet attendant were very sympathetic and apologized for the convenience. Really impressed with the service Daniel and his team performed. Daniel and his team will be the only people I see when I bring my camry for service.
