Monte was very professional and very open to questions and our concerns. Very satisfied with his customer service. He was also very helpful when answering our questions for future services there at Longo. Like every time past time I've been at Longo I am very pleased with the service and the treatment we receive from all the staff there.

We were given a wait time of three hours, which is a longer wait time than I’ve ever been given. After 2 hours 40 minutes, I received a call about a missing lug nut lock. We were taken to the mechanic’s area and shown how the lug nut did not fit and we would not be able to have the tires rotated as a result. I was originally there for the 5,000 mile inspection so I assumed the remaining sections of the MPI had been taken care of after nearly 3 hours. After the car was brought to us, we were told the MPI was not completed. Moreover, my father was able use the lug nut that the mechanic said did not fit. I very much appreciate that the service manager came over right away and rectified the situation so we were able to have the full service after all. However, it is troublesome that a certified mechanic and service person overlooked this one seemingly simple thing. Mistakes happen of course, but what if that had been the brakes that were overlooked? Or if the tires were incorrectly installed? Overall, Longo provided excellent customer service to fix the situation, but I was left uneasy after this event.

When I arrived at the service "tunnel" I was the only customer there. I stopped, asked one of the men in one of the cubicles how do I get service. He said pull up to the end of the tiles. I did so and no one even acknowledged me for 10 minutes. Not even a "hello." Employees walked right past me as I stood beside my car as if I weren't there. At least four or more men were in their cubicles working on their computers, but they weren't with customers. One was chit chatting with a coworker. After 10 minutes of being ignored Nestor finally helped me. He did a good job.
I also brought the car in for a slow leak in my right front tire. It was FLAT at home until I pumped it up and came in to get it fixed. When I picked up the car the next day they said there was no leak. I hope they're right, but I don't know how one tire us FLAT and undriveable when the other 3 tires are fine and the tire "just needed air" as I was told when I picked up the car. If it goes flat again, I'll go elsewhere to get it fixed.
