Very disappointed with the shuttle service. I scheduled 1:30pm pick up. Was told driver would text me when he start coming over and will call me when he arrives. 1:30pm but no text nor call. Called Longo Toyota and was told driver on his way and there was traffic. I don't expect traffic at 1:30p but I continue to wait. 1:50p still no text no call from driver. I had to contact Longo Toyota again. Shuttle service called driver and said he was having trouble with last custoner and asked me to wait for 20 more minutes. Driver never texted me saying he was on his way. He finally arrived 45 minutes after scheduled time. No apologies whatsoever. I regretted putting my car at Longo. If it were not on Sunday that my Prius bettary died and no shops carry Prius battery, I would not have dropped my car at Longo.

When asked about an update for the micro SD card for the navigation, I was told it costs $300. Such a nonsense when the same Toyota SD card can be found on EBay or Amazon for $65. This is how you lose customers.

You give one time when I make appt, then service adds two hours to the estimate. (This happened last time too.)
You made me wait all day for a less than 1 hr repair, yet people who came after I did left before or at the same time as I. Not cool.
You did not ask for permission to text me with a survey.

Noli was great! He was friendly, professional, and polite. My appointment time was kept as it had been made- not over booked! (Yay!) He answered all my questions, gave a reasonable estimate on the necessary maintenance/services, and confirmed with me on an estimate I requested. This has always been true of the Longo dealership, with the 5 or so purchases our family has made at Longo. These are the reasons I continue to drive to Longo for any service instead of any of the more local 4 other Toyota dealers near us. (It did take 40 min to get my truck after being notified it was ready, and I had finished paying for services. It was very busy, however!) Thanks, Amy W
