I had an appointment at 11:15 and my car was supposed to be finished by 2-3PM. At 2PM I agreed to have an additional service, and I was told my car would be ready at 4PM. At 4:30 I sought Roy out and was told it would just be another 15 minutes. A half hour later I sought Roy out again and was told the paperwork was being completed. Fifteen minutes later when I still hadn’t been contacted to come to the payment office I went back to see Roy. He suggested I go over to the office to see if my paperwork was there. While standing there it arrived. After paying I was told my car would come within 10 minutes. It took 20-30 minutes for me to get the car. I thought I’d never get out.

Didn’t know until after my car was ready for pickup and after I received my receipt, that the breaks back breaks were at 3mm and I had picked up my service receipt and saw the color coded section and the red box was checked which means serious and need to be repaired immediately! Called back and spoke with Monte and explained the problem, he then talked with the service repairman that said it really wasn’t at 3mm but at 4 and a half. My understanding is 10mm is the highest. The service guy said the breaks would last till my next service! I am not happy with the way things were handled ??

Joseph is our new service coordinator at Longo as our old coordinator, Teddy Chiu, moved to a new position at Longo. We couldn't be happier with Joseph's service. He gives us the same attention and consideration we received with Teddy - he makes sure we are apprised of any additional items that the service technicians locate during our service, calls us back super fast if we trade phone calls and does not try and "sell" us any additional services we don't need. Definitely worth the drive from Santa Clarita to El Monte! Thank you Joseph!
