I specificly requested my vehicle to be fully charged when I pick up my car. I was assured by Ruby that the car is charging using one of the charging stations in the back and was instructed to wait an extra hour to pickup. Upon picking up the car, the tech comment was that the charging cable was not found in my car and therefore cannot perform request. No communication between the tech and rep whatsoever. Pure lazyness on both sides. I also had the clean up the trash your tech left behind in my car of empty water bottles. I have been a Longo customer for more than two decades and serviced my vehicle at Longo many times. All I can see is customer service quality continue to deteilerate. Feedbacks are continueously ignored. What is the purpose of these survays?

I request need car wash but never did. I bring car in for 15000 miles service which include tire rotation but tire don't get rotation. This not acceptable.

Last week, and today... friendly customer service by Martin Torres. Earlier in the morning, Noli was helpful too. The MECHANIC did crack something, but Martin and his supervisor Paul will take care of it on Friday. I understand that sometimes problems arises. It is how the customer service team rectifies the situation that makes all the difference. Happy customer!
