Andrew Villanueva and Teddy Chiu who both assisted me with servicing my vehicle today are an asset to Longo Toyota ( and all the employees who help me today ) Both Andrew and Teddy listened to my concerns regarding my vehicle and resolved them in a timely and efficient way. Johan is a nice guy, but my overall experience with Toyota in general at Longo has made me lose my trust and loyalty in Toyota. I went in to get the excessive oil consumption issue resolved, which took a year and would be longer had we not demanded real answers. Finally we get a chance to bring it in for service. The rental Enterprise gave me was at a 1/4 tank full. I had to fill up every other day wondering when the car would be done, so I don’t lose $50 filling up the entire tank. The car wasn’t even cleaned before being released to the customer. My hybrid always had 33 to 35 mpg on the display. Now it keeps showing 27 mpg. Went in again to have them check it out thinking something might not be hooked up properly. They tell me the machine is reading it at 26mpg city and 36 mpg hwy. The manager told me the new pistons/piston ring changes might need breaking into? I just wish to speak to the mechanic about it, but I only get to talk to service managers who don’t have much knowledge on the cars (only a few seem to really know their stuff and I applaud those folks). If I never get my 33/35mpg back what’s next? I feel like Longo doesn’t try hard enough to resolve major issues. You may call me at ****-****-xxxx to discuss it.

The service was great but I was very disappointed upon the return of my vehicle. A complimentary “car wash” was given but was not completely dry so there’s water spots all over the vehicle. On the roof, hood, windows, mirrors. Now that the water spots dried up it’s very hard to remove. Now I need to get the car washed and waxed.
