Monte was thorough and informative, but I'm not pleased that Toyota could not find the problem with my A/C, a problem that has occurred twice now on a 2 year old car. I will again have to wait until the problem gets worse, then miss more work to go back to Toyota for the 4th time on this issue.

OK, look....I realize this HAS to happen, and everybody wants to keep their "customer satisfaction ratings" as high as possible, but this is the deal:
This girl, Mandi, BENT OVER BACKWARDS...and that's just to being with. She was just SO cool right from the start (or my 5.000 mile maintenance service appt.), but when "an issue" with one of my tires became "an issue," Mandi went after it on the phone with the tire company and, after having been blown off HUGELY by everybody, GOT HER CLAWS OUT and really twisted their bag. She not only took care of me, my care and LONGO TOYOTA, but stayed with it until they listen to "just a girl at a dealer" and made them answer to her. THIS is what everybody should HOPE to be fortunate enough to have as an employee/colleague.

I was very disappointed with the service lately...My Van was delivered with a flat tire in which the paper said it was pressurized with correct psi...Which I think it is not true to what the written said...How could I trust the dealer when paperwork said one thing and reality was a different thing...Chris

Monte and Sean were very friendly and professional. Monte was very easy going and approachable. He explained that the issue with the car transmission was a know issue and assured that it would be covered under the extended warranty. Sean made the car drive comfortable and quick. He instantly recognized the shutter in the gears. The overall experience was exceptional. Toyota went about and beyond. I’ve had Honda since I’ve been driving and this is my time purchasing a Toyota. Honda lost a customer. Thank you Toyota.
