Joseph did well but I was not expecting a 5 hour wait. I was given a 3 hr estimate. When the car was finally ready, they took almost an hour to drive it up. They brought, the wrong car the first time around. This is the second time that happens, the last time I had service done they could not find the vehicle at all; they forgot to put a tracker in it. It took over an hour to get the car to us. I am highly disappointed considering Longo prides themselves on service. The reason I came in to the service center is because I found out about a recall thru the DMV registration renewal. There were no mailings regarding the recall & it was not mentioned at all at the time of purchase.
