Vehicle was not ready by promised time and I was not notified. I scheduled a shuttle pickup for the promised time and was unable to get a hold of Alec nor anyone else on the business card. I called all three service managers on the card. When I arrived to the dealership, I found Alec and he simply said he got “****” and could not notify me of the delay. I told him I also tried getting a hold of the team. I also asked for a quote on new tires, and some additional services but was not provided with one. The car was finally ready one hour after service promised Time m.

I came in for a major service and they ended up breaking my radiator. The fact that they were trying to convince me to go with an after market part just shows how little concern they have for the client. When I picked up the car, it was dusty and they didn't even place the sticker on the windshield. I don't trust that they even completed the service I originally came in for. I am extremely unsatisfied.

He expedited the Service on our car he told us 2 hours by 10:00 a.m. and our was completed by 10:00 a.m.
The serviceman and the gate this morning was super! We were there 3 times this morning and he wouldn’t let us in until 8:00a.m. He said to come back at 8:00 a.m. each time. When we came back the 3rd time there was a line of 6 or 8 cars and he recognized me and let me go in front straight to the service line. I commend him for recognizing me and showing integrity’ by doing the right thing by allowing us to go straight into the service area.
