Service manager suggested a brake fluid replace on my 40k Prius . I took it because I thought it Is listed on car's manual book. Unfortunately, it is not and it is unnecessary. I go to dealer to get service is because of your " professional " experience. However,right now I only feel being tricked. I really hope I could find place that I can trust, doing correct service on my car. Definitely I wold like to spend money if it worth.

The service advisor was good and fine. But, whoever changed my tire left the sticker on the tire and I cannot get it off. Not only that, but my star lug head was left in my cupholder instead of put back into my trunk in the proper holder, my glove box was open when I entered my vehicle with my papers moved around, my center console was searched through and was a bigger mess, and my trunk mat and stuff wasn't put back into my car how it previously was.
