On april 24 it was the first time that i went service. I waited for 1hr 20 min. When i received informacion about my car. So they didn't do anythi ng because they need my signature.AFTER 1.20 MIN. SO i decided to left the place. Nobody unformatted how is the process. Iasked 3 diferent people. They only said avance. I feel frustrated.

The service advisor was courteous and professional. My concern was with the porter. It took over 10 min to deliver my car, and they forgot to wash it. Being late is one thing, but being late and not having it washed especially when I asked twice for it to be washed is frustrating.

I wasn't told that new breaks were going to be install, untill i went to pick up my car i was told my total was $357. I was only expection to pay about$120 for break fluid change which I authorized at the beginning. I understand that new breaks were needed but notification would have been nice and not be surprised when I went to pick up my car.
