Daniel is very nice and friendly. Very reassuring and updating us every step the way. Took care of the rental car to be use while our car is not done. Daniel is very professional.

I dropped off my car promptly for a 9 am service. I was told by the service representative I would get a call when it was done but to expect it would be done around noon. By 12:30 I had not received a call so I called the service department. I was told Danny was busy and he would call back right away. I did not receive a call back. By 4 pm I called again and the representative finally looked up my car and said, "Oh your car has been done for a while." I had a doctor's appointment in the late afternoon and I had to Uber a ride to my doctor's appointment because I had not received any notice regarding the status of my car. Very disappointed in the department--how difficult is it to keep a customer notified about the status of their car service? I am going somewhere else next time because I think Longo is too big to run efficiently and effectively.
