I purposely made an appointment, then sata came on time at 1 pm, just to check the brakes, at that time my husband was talking to the man in the service department, the man promised car done at 5 pm , that's is not right.... I made an appointment, and then I showed peoples behind me, they finished first..... You what before Longo Toyota never give bad service like this.

I was under the impression that there was going to be a vehicle inspection, but when I asked about a nose I heard even I back up in the front passenger side wheel, I was told that was a $180 to look at it, but isn't that what an inspection is? So when I got the truck back, it said their was a inspection done, despite not paying the 180. But no mention of the sound, so either the inspection you did was not very thorough, our but done at all. I would think that if a vehicle, under warranty, told you there was a possible problem, and you were inspecting the car you would look for the problem. I was told to figure it out myself to save some money.. but I was asking you to do it, and I'm pretty sure my warranty covers any problems I have with the truck, as I was told my scratched wheel was covered and they would schedule me for that to be fixed, but they didn't do that either.. so a week scratch is covered, but a grinding nose even I back up isn't covered? Not only was it not covered, it was missed during the inspection of the cv boot and axles it at least was not detected, but I hear it every time I back up.. how they didn't hear it is a mystery to me.. and why it would cost me$180 to have it looked at even the cv boot and axles were inspected tells me what to expect about the level of care my coverage will actually provide me. I was considering going to Pasadena Toyota for my next service.. but the first time I was there you guys were very helpful, one time good service, I've time very bad service.. if I come back to longo, I don't be freaking with the same service jerk that's for sure "maybe you should check it out at home first to save yourself 180" is not what is want to hear even I have a full service package and warranty on a truck with under 30k miles

Great customer service made me feel important and very informative. Lesley explained everythibg that they were gonna do and got me out as fast as she can way before the expected time I was suppose to wait.It was my second time back for service and she remembered me from the week before not many people can do that exceptional service will definitely keep taking my car to longo for service.
