He was an excellent service coordinator. I was completely satisfied with the way he handled our vehicle. It was Saturday morning and it was very busy. Regardless of this he willingly accepted my vehicle and arranged for the service. I was originally quoted five hours to complete the service. Daniel coordinated the service and I was done within one and one half hours. I would appreciate a follow up telephone call from management at Longo so I can fully relate my positive experience with Daniel

It will be better to inform the customer at least half day early instead of telling the customer at the end of the day say it will need extra day to complete the job !
