Had a bad experience on my last visit. Took forever to get us check in. I think it took like 35+ min just for someone to check us in. Maybe longer. Also usually they give us a free car wash after the service but not this time. For the over price that we usually paid for at the dealership u would think they can help give u a free car wash. All they really do is a drive through car wash anyways.
