From the moment I drove up for my appointment I was treated with professional and courteous service. Roberto explained everything they were going to be doing on my Toyota Corolla as precise and thorough as possible.
I’ve been going to Longo since I bought the car in 2015, and never felt as comfortable as I felt today. In the future I’m only going to ask for Roberto Carrillo because I was truly satisfied with the level of service I was given.

I was offered a coupon for car wash but then was told that you guys don’t wash the car anymore. However when I picked up the car, I saw some cars were washed. The water was still on those cars. I expressed my concern about the rattling noise on the 2nd row seats but they keep saying it’s manufactured problem, so it cannot be fixed. I thought all problems are fixable.
