I would like to thank you for Daniel who assisted my vehicle. There are couple things I’m not happy with. 1.) underneath steering wheel has noise issue never resolve and it is very obvious issue 2.) steering shaking occasionally- tech response it is vehicle balance issue and cost is $135. My tires are brand new and never go off road. This should be under warranty. 3.) I understand gear box part will be delay, but my question is “is it safe to drive if gear box has issues?” No one mentioned that safety concern to me and told me my vechicle ready for pick up and schedule another time for gear box replacement.
