Mandi was awesome. I had no idea what to expect since every service place really gives you a hard time. I have a Dodge Charger and dread going to the service at the dealer. So I took my girlfriends car in today and everything was a breeze. Made the appointment at 8 and an easy hour went by and we got our car back. Mandi really went above and beyond since she helped us remove some sticky residue that was left on our car when we purchased it from the Orange County Toyota. But I will be back shortly to check out the new Rav4s and know that if I take my car (toyota from here on out) Mandi and the service team will make it that much easier for me. Thanks!
