After spending $320 on some wiring problem, then having to return 2 months later to have them fix the same problem (again), ...tell me why the the techs didn’t fix it right the 1st time! So after ruining my Saturday (day off) Iypu fixed it properly (I hope), but should never have had to go back 2 months later!!!!, c’ mon, really? Only bright spot was the service consultant Jedediah Kerkhoff. He was courteous & ultra professional. Thank you Jedediah.

Took my car into longo collision, while car was at longo had recall done; however, while recall was being performed, received a call from ruby and was advised that the battery had a bad cell. She Advised me to replace the battery but I purchased the battery from costco not long ago and still had warranty. Ruby advised me at that time that she would reach out to management and longo Collision to see what they could do and would reach back out to me before moving forward with any repairs. Ruby did not call me back and the next day I get a call advising me to pick up my car and pay for the outstanding bill for the battery. So they proceeded with replacing the battery without my consent or authorization. I did not authorize the replacement of a new battery. Overall service at longo collision was great: however, my experience with longo Service and ruby was unpleasant.

It took 3 hours for them to check fluids and rotate tires. Long wait... My car was supposely washed. It had drip water marks on my car.

Alec was friendly and helpful. He explained each step of the process, the discounts as they would apply to the possible needed service. As a courtesy, he was able to suggest how to take photos to collision for an estimate and to replace my door handle the popped off. This is why I likedon't the service and was not upset about waiting. This level of customer service lessens the anxiety possible more expensive car care. As a woman, I don't feel I will be overcharged for unnecessary work and am a respected car owner. He did well.
