Roy Wu, my service rep, was amazing! This is my second time encountering Mr. Wu and both experiences have been wonderful. He’s efficient with time, exemplifies excellent customer service, and is very helpful and assuring. The only downside to my experience was the wait time for vehicle pick up. I waited 25 minutes, which was unacceptable.

I have been doing car maintenance with longo since 2008, but this time is the "No Good" experience I have ever had with Longo. Ruby Woo was my service advisor and she tried to charge my service for $57 even I have 75K service contract with Toyota. My complaint about noise issue on steering wheel and I want technician to visually inspect and she said I need to pay $113 for this inspection. I was so upset and she said nobody work for free. What an attitude...who does work for free? I made service contract and keep put my money for longo do service and she said I want free service?? I told her just VISUAL INSPECTION and if further investigation needed now it's up to me to go ahead or not. After this issue arise, she agreed what I said. When my vehicle done and I need to pay for cabin filter replacement (I'm not sure this is included in my service contract or not) she said 15 more minutes to get paperwork done. I waited for more than 40 minutes and I called Ruby to ask, and "VOILA" :)...She said she already turned in the paperwork and try to blame cashier for not calling my name, I stood right at the front cashier and seems like the cashier just got my paperwork. I live near Puente hills Toyota and maybe I will consider to go there instead go to Longo.

Nestor provided excellent customer service. I was truly disappointed with the length of time we waited being that we had a 7:30 am appointment. There was no difference in waiting time with out an appointment; in the past we have come in for service without an appointment and waited the same time.
