Alexis was very helpful. We had a couple of tire and rim issues that were not exactly fixed the first time around. Alexis was very understanding and put our car right back into repair. He even made my wife happy when we asked for the car to be washed since we had to leave it a second time and he said he would take care of it. When we picked it up everything was perfect. I can honestly say that if everyone at Longo takes care of their customers the way he did then that's where I'm taking my business!

Alexis is a good guy. It was my first interaction with him. I do wish that if there was recommended service in addition to the basics that it is told to you in the service before rather than the feeling of selling you something that day.
