I have a brand new toyota camry 2018 and with the 2 months of having it my brakes start squeaking. I take it in to get check to be told toyota changed its brake to ones that are suppose to make less noise. And to also be told that it would cost me 44$ to get it on the lift to check out the brakes, or do it free on my 5000mile check up. If I'm being told that they been getting alot of people coming in complaining about there brakes squeaky on there new camry then maybe something is wrong. Why charge me to look at a brand new car after I spent alot on purchasing it. Making me waste my time driving there wasting my gas for them to test drive it and tell me there's nothing they can do other than charge me to take my wheels off.i did not like how things went with my visit to the service department.

Even though it was busy the staff acknowledged me and everything went smoothly and quickly! I really enjoyed all the extra benefits as well!

My only complaint was I scheduled a shuttle when I made the reservations when I got there, the wait was 45 min to an our for a ride, and had to uber it to work.
