I want to first say I have two Toyota’s I take to service at your dealership. This particular trip there was work done to my vehicle that I was not notified of and found out about at check out. I understand that I was not charged for the parts and labor. My problem was the wait as I had an engagement I was late for this afternoon. Everyone at the dealership was apologetic but the wait was what messed up my experience/afternoon. I will have to think twice before returning to service either of my vehicles with you. No need for anyone to contact me further I have my mind made up. Only time will tell if I can trust Longo Toyota with my time.
