This comment does not pertain to Mr. Luna.. I found it interesting that the different areas of the dealer are so disconnected. I asked 2 different people if the 2019 models had come in and they were unable to answer. One directed me to the front office and the other said they had no idea. Maybe do more staff meetings for basic general information or do staff training with unified answers to better assist a customer.
Also, I go to the dealer because it's reliable but I do miss the interaction with a mechanic to converse about my car. I know the person collecting my payment and the person delivering my car prob have very little knowledge about cars in general let alone specifically mine.. so who do I ask?

There were four random instances for the past 2 months when our Camry did not start, with all power lost, but after about 10 mins, without doing anything to the car other than trying to restart it and pressing the buttons on the key fob, all power was restored and car started. Johnathan said all his technician found was a loose battery negative terminal connection. I asked Johnathan if that is the case, how come all power was restored "magically" without securing that connection? He could not give me an answer. He said he would relay my concern to the technician and get back with me. All I heard after that was my name from your intercom requesting me to go to the cashier. So I just paid and left.
I am not in any way, refuting the diagnosis that your technician came up with, as I am not in a position to do this. This is your line of work, you guys know what you're doing. All I wanted was a reassurance that it was indeed the loose terminal connection that caused the symptoms, and that I can tell my wife, the primary driver of this car, that she can now have that peace of mind because you have made the only and appropriate corrective action needed. Unfortunately, I did not get that reassurance from Jonathan.
