Service advisor was very helpful and help me rush to get my car done ASAP as I need to get to work after. Thank you to service advisor.
However, when I wen to pick up my car at the cashier service desk. The gentlemen that was helping me made me feel uncomfortable and especially when I was in a rush not to be late for work. The gentleman that work for cashier, he asked how to pronounce my name 3 times then called his colleague to look at my name and his colleague asked me same questions. How to pronounce my name. Again!!!!! Then he asked me if I want a call to remind for my next service. I respond to him, I will call to make appointment myself. After that he told me that I have to pay for my service in the amount of $57-$58. I asked him why do I have to pay when I already paid additional for my Toyota care and this time is my last service. I checked 3times that I don’t need to pay, first time was when I had my 50,000miles service, second time was when I called in to make an appointment and third time was when I saw the service advisor on Sept7. All 3people gave me the same answer that as long as I had my service within 56,000miles, as long as not reach 56,001 miles, I do not have to pay anything. After I questioned the cashier that, I had to wait for him to call and check and waited. If this was done correctly then customer do not have to wait. Later on, the same cashier called me again and said I don’t not need to pay for the service. OF COURSE I PAID FOR TOYOTA CARE WHICH EXTENDED MY SERVICE AND I BEEN ASKED 3TIMES FROM 3DIFFERENT PEOPLE AND ANSWER ALWAYS THE SAME EXCEPT HIM! Then after I’m done dealing with the billing problem, I came out to pick up the car. I saw my car been ready and waiting for me there. However, when I stepped out from cashier office, I handed my paper to the gentleman to scan my paper that I’m here to pick up my car. After he scanned the paper, he told me my car is on the way, and just give him few minutes. My car will be here shortly. I questioned him right away, my car is park right here and my car key is right in front of you. I understand that he can’t recognize the car key but if he scanned and checked he should have known that my car is there. This is telling me of being CARELESS! Last thing when I step in my car, I saw a hanging sign said that STOP putting 2 floor mats. Here is my question, after I bought this car back in October 2015, I always has Toyota floor mat and weather tec floor mat installed in my car. From my first service to get window tinted, 2nd service for 5,000miles maintenance and til my 50,000miles maintenance service, I never been told or get any sign in my car. But now my last Toyota care service maintenance at 55,000miles, I got this sign hanging in my car. Where is the standard? If it’s not suppose to do, you should have advise me from the first time I visited for my window tint.
I have been trusting in Longo Toyota and I just recommended my boyfriend mom to get her new car, C-HR, in July at Longo Toyota even it was distance from where she lives. But after what I had been through on my last service under Toyota care, I will have to consider about going back to Longo and recommend family member or people I know for going there. I don’t want people I recommend to get the same bad experience as I got.
