I didn’t have a very good experience trying to get my A/C working. I brought my Prius in at 3:30 pm on Monday and was told they would evacuate the system, check for leaks, etc.
Just before 7 pm, as the service department was closing, I got a call from a service advisor. He didn’t identify himself and it wasn’t Eric Chung who had processed my paperwork initially. This service advisor told me my car was ready for pickup.
After paying $227 for services and leaving the lot, I turned on my A/C only to find out my A/C is still blowing warm air. Now I’m upset because I just spent 3.5 hours waiting and paid $227 for service and my car is not any better off than when I brought it in.
I returned the following day and Eric went through the notes and told me my compressor needed replacement at an estimated cost of $2400+. I thanked Eric and told him I don’t have $2,400 to spend on a new compressor and went home. After purchasing my Prius at Longo and having it serviced every 5000 miles at Longo I’m seriously questioning whether I want to continue my loyalty.

Biagio was a great help. I don't find any fault with him. However, after I was told that my car was finished I had to wait a full 30 min for paperwork to arrive at the cashier and for my car to be delivered out for me to leave.

They left their computer in the test mode. We're going to call back we have to call back to get advice about how to take it out. Didn't seem like you wanted to do any work on the truck except for what he can get away with had to be done by our service plan. We love the new building and the subway! We also like the new waiting area it was big and comfortable.
