I was called at 9:24 am that my car would be ready in 20 minutes I got to the dealer around 1130 and my car wasn’t brought out till 12:30.
I had to wait an extra hour when I got to the service desk. The car was suppose to be ready at 9:40. I find it very poor planning between the service desk and the technicians as to my car being ready or not.
