Martin gave me good directions of what to do about certain issues about the 2 priuses I had served. I felt he gave me all the facts and I decided what services I wanted. I didn’t feel pressured.I feel he was very kind since I lost my husband of 51 years. The cars are now my responsibility. It was all new to me. Manybe it wasn’t such a good idea to bring 1 car right after the other .I think I was hard to deal with in retrospect. He was very kind and professional. I left satisfied. I’ll be back. Marion L

I did request that the dashboard be inspected for melting issues such as being sticky and dust collection that is accumulating due to stickiness on dashboard. I was told I needed a separate appointment because it couldn’t be inspected on that visit. I made a separate appt on 9/11. The so called inspection was done in a matter of 5 minutes including the input of information.
I don’t see why a separate appt was necessary. I value my time as you do yours. I look forward to getting replacement of dashboard soon.

1st?when I ask to do the last service which is on Jun or 25k miles, they said its expired already even if my car is 24k miles,because it’s September right now.That’s policy, I understand. But my remaining light is turning on, Sink is helping me to extend to 40k miles service, he is nice guy, but I don’t want to extend. and then I ask for turn off the remaining light for me because once I driving on freeway, all screens shutting down because the light is turn on. They said can’t be turn off unless I do the service. Then I left Longo
2nd after I left longo, I go to car washing, and there has car washing, and I told to them about my remaining light, they just go to my car setting and turn off the light for me. And no pay No sevice and Nothing....that’s why I upset with my last overall service experience.
