Best customer service I’ve ever received. Jeremy was very helpful. He went above and beyond by coming to me personally and frequently. informing me about what services were being done to my car. Always had a great attitude very friendly. Even when he didn’t have a updates on the car he would come talk to me to make sure I felt at home, also offered me a subway or Starbucks gift card for the long wait times. You can tell he really cares about the customer and is able to connect with them, because of his positive and upbeat attitude I didn’t mind the long wait times. He’s an extraordinary employee. I want to say thank you for all your help.

My experience was outstanding . Elizabeth gave me the impression that she was honest and wanted to provide me with the best customer service. I have always been leery about going to the dealer for fear of price gouging . I own a MERCEDES and learned early on that going to the dealer was a mistake with $299 oil changes. Elizabeth informed me of what was needed immediately and what I can put off to the next visit. She also shared that with AAA I could get a discount on services. Cost and time involved for putting in new tire pressure sensors was quite high. I saw Dan at 0630 to start the process since ruby was off Thursday. At about 730 dan informed me that the sensors were bad and that it would cost over $720 to change them. He then offered to reduce this by $65. I did this but regret doing it when I was informed later that there was only one sensor in stock and a order would be delivered about 2 PM more delays and it was close to 500pm before car ready. Then next morning tire pressure light on again. Called Dan and three calls later determined pressure was still marginally low. 10 am and light went out. I put about 3 lbs into each tire to hot 39psi,35psi cold. I could have saved $300 buying tires at Costco and having them put in new sensors $58 EA vs your $119, and installations $18. So far these repairs cost me two days and over$1900.
