Johan was very professional. He explained the service process completely, which I appreciated. He made sure my wait time. Was minimal. I appreciated him keeping me updated with the service that was done.

When i dropped off my car he was informative of what service was covered under warranty. He did not do a walk through of my car with me present. He also mentioned my vehicle would be washed. When i picked up my car i was explained what future services it would need. When the valet finally brought my car out it was not washed mind you my car was left overnight. There was an expectation i had of your location and it was not met.
