I’ve come to expect high levels of customer service from Longo Toyota. The Service personnel at Longo are on average far better than most customer service personnel, regardless of the industry. Alexis was better than the Longo average. I’d be very happy if he were to be my Service Advisor going forward. As good as Alexis was, Phillip Du is a shining example of exemplary customer service.
