Everyone including Alexis orso was extremely helpful and courteous. Alexis went over and beyond my expections the day I came in. There was no moment where I had felt confused or kept in the unknown with the process of my car repairs. The duration was quick and proficient. Andrew mireles was extremely attentive to my needs in making sure I was comfortable and informed with what was offered in the guest lobby. He did a wonderful job keeping the lobby cleaned and friendly for me and the other customers. Thank you so much Longo Toyota for hiring a professional elite staff. They really make me want to continue future business with Toyota.

First time I have been disappointed in your service. Said I had a leak in the sidewall of a tire, but that it wasn't leaking and couldn't be patched. I asked them to put a mark on where the puncture was. When I got the car back, I didn't see a mark. Felt like I was not being advised properly. I will find somebody else to fix or sell me tires.

No need to contact me. My only dissatisfaction was that there was a 45-60 minute wait for a shuttle when I dropped off my car and the same when I needed to pick up my car. In the first instance I used Lyft and in the second instance a Co-worker took me. When I called to make the appointment I asked about shuttle service. I was told there was a service but not that it was subject to availability. Should’ve assumed as much but didn’t and didn’t think to ask further after my initial inquiry. Otherwise I was satisfied with the service.
