Andrew provided excellent service, he answered all of my questions, he had my vehicle serviced in a timely manner. He also provided information on an additional needed Repair I was inquiring about and printed out a diagram, rear axle outer seals replace. He set up an appointment for me for 12/01/18. Ive been going to Longo since 2000 and in 2016 I moved from LA county and tried another Toyota dealership closer to me in Orange County, they didn’t live up to the Longo customer service status that’s why I went back to Longo. I was lucky enough to have Steven Villalba as my advisers. Steven did an amazing job with my car service, Steven did an excellent job on updating me on the status on my vehicle. That’s why when I take my vehicle again I’ll be looking for Steven to be my service adviser.
