Experience was very disappointing for the reasons below:
1. Made an app. Was told oil change would take 1 &1/2 hrs.
It took 3&1/2 hrs for job to be completed.
2. Jeffrey said cost would be $44.00 with coupon because I had
a 6 cylinder. I have a 4 cylinder. He eventually changed the
Fee to $29.00.
3. Jeffrey said car would be ready at 11.00, it wasn’t. If I knew it was going
To be 3&1/2 hrs I would have had my son pick me up.
4. No manager on the premises to share concerns.
5. Last name spelled wrong. It was corrected. I’ve been to Longo several
times to have my car serviced. My daughter purchased a car there as well.
Just a negative experience today. Considering going to another dealership.
